On-Demand Urgent Care

Is available 24/7/365 over the phone or through our app or website. You pay a small monthly membership fee and you have access to a licensed board-certified doctor in all 50 states for non-emergency medical needs. There is a $0 consultation fee for your visit.

Behavioral Health

Our behavioral health program included in the Virtual Urgent Care Program provides 24/7/365 access to a licensed Master’s Degreed level counselor to treat any crisis situations that your family, as part of the program. There is a $0 charge for the consultation with the counselor.

Pharmacy Discount Program

Included in your Urgent Care Program is a pharmacy discount card that can be used for your prescriptions if the doctor prescribes any medication to treat the symptoms of your illness. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued if the doctor does not believe, based on the consultation, that a prescription will help treat the condition.

The medical system is not going to go back like it was a few years ago.

Everyone seems to think that all virtual care programs are the same. This is just not correct. Telemedicine programs included in insurance programs to not get the utilization that independent providers of virtual care provide.

We certainly urge everyone to have health insurance, but the cost of premiums continues to rise. Many people look at getting the lowest premiums but that usually comes with a high deductible that must be met before you receive any benefit from the insurance.

Health Insurance does not guarantee you timely access to care. In many cases, you will be left with the same options of using Urgent Care or Emergency Rooms for non-emergency related issues which creates extra out of pocket costs for the patient or family. If you use that virtual option with your hospital system, you will be directed to the same medical professionals that you have difficulty seeing on a timely basis and will still need to pay for the consultation.

Our program is not hospital system dependent. It can be used anywhere in the US whenever you need it–on your schedule–not the doctors.

Some telemedicine programs included in insurance plans only cover the insured or those that are insured on the plan. Our program covers the member plus up to 7 additional members of the household. All of the members can get the same type of consultation with a $0 consultation charge that will treat up to 70% of the reasons you may need to use Urgent Care or the ER.
