About Our Services

Primary Care

There is a critical shortage of Primary Care Physicians in the country.  According to Kaiser Family Foundation’s studies, there is a shortage of over 60,000 PCP doctors in the United States and it is getting worse.  This affects everyone but is most critical in rural communities.

We have two virtual programs to help you gain access to a doctor on your schedule-when you need it most.

Our Virtual Primary Care program offers you your own physician to help you manage your chronic care needs.  As a backup, our service included a virtual urgent care doctor available 24/7/365 with no consultation cost.

We also have a Virtual Urgent Care program to help you with those acute medical needs when you or your family need help dealing with non-emergency issues.

Urgent Care

Our Virtual Urgent Care program can help you and your family gain access to a licensed, board-certified doctor guaranteed within 2 hours.  This program is available for you and up to 7 additional members of your household.  To reduce your medical access costs, this doctor consultation is $0 with no limit to the number of times it can be used.

Behavioral and Mental Health Programs

The Primary Care and Urgent Care programs offer help and access to mental health professionals, when or if needed.

The Urgent Care Program provides 24/7 access to Master’s Degreed Counselors to help with any crisis management situations and is available to all people included in the member’s profile (up to a total of 8).  There is NO CONSULTATION CHARGE for this service.

The Primary Care Program includes the same service as Urgent Care with no charge for a consultation.  It also includes a more comprehensive selection of mental health professionals including Psychologists and Psychiatrists.  There is a charge for access to the latter two professtionals.
